The breakpoints are not working in the header builder from 1199px and below. I’ve cleared the cache and read through the forum to find several other people are having the same problem. Please help!

Thank you for writing in, but we can not replicate the issue, I tested it on your site and the breakpoints option works just fine (see screenshots below). Please guide us on how we can replicate the issue.
Is there any chance that your browser is zoom in/out? Please make sure that your browser is in default zoom.
And also, please clear your browser’s cache.

Please go to the global header and click on the logo. The breakpoints are not working. There’s no chance that my browser is in zoom mode, disabled all plugins and turned cache off.

Sorry but it does really work on my end,
I notice on your screenshot that you’re hiding the image on large (1199px - 980px) screen, but previewing the builder on extra large (1200px and up) view.
Please preview your header builder in the corresponding size of your Hide During Breakpoints to see it in action.

It’s not working in Chrome. I’ve cleared the cache, deleted browsing history and all the other common trouble shooting. I was able to get it to work in explorer?

I checked in Chrome and firefox and it seems to be working fine on my end.

I can see there are two images, One set to be visible on desktop and another one that is visible only in mobile.
It could be a browser issue on your end.
