Breadcrumbs element showing 'The Blog'

Hi,

I’m using the ‘breadcrumbs’ element inside a global block that has been placed on very page / layout.

It works fine on pages but on blog posts it shows ‘The Blog’ instead of the post category and when you click ‘The Blog’ it takes you back to the homepage.

Ideally I’d like to change ‘The Blog’ to show and link to the corresponding post category or remove it completely.
