Breadcrumbs dissapear after updating theme and wordpress

Hi,

We updated to the latest theme and Wordpress versions today and for some reason, bars in our header dissapears on scroll. We’ve updated other sites with no problems so I’m not sure why its happening. Im adding the site in a secure note, if you could take a look that would be much appreciated!

In order to help you with your concerns we need to check your settings I would request you, please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password

Hi Pontus,

I have checked your website but unfortunately, it does not allow the user to access the Cornerstone and other menus and redirects to the Two-Factor Authentication. I would suggest you temporarily disable it and let us know for further investigation.

Hi Pontus,

The problem you are facing is due to the Shrink Amount set to the Bar 1. I have reset it to 0 from 1 and now the breadcrumbs are showing.

Thank you! Bar 2 and 3 are set to sticky but do not stick, do you have any idea why this is? They used to.
