When I am at a subcategory product the subcategory doesn’t show on the breadcrumbs it just shows
Home > Shop > Product.
It doesn’t show Home > Shop > Product Category > Sub product category > Product (this is what i want)

If you view any product the default breadcrumbs would show like this Home >Shop>Product Name
If you want to add the category and subcategory in breadcrumbs, It would require custom development. I would recommend you to consult a developer who can assist you with your concern.
