Could please checkout my site http://xsurve.com ?
slide revolution is perfect on homepage but my other pages breadcrumb goes to bavbar. on other pages i need full slider revolution without breadcrumb bar. how to fix it? i tried on header section Breadcrumb unchecked but it now work, automatically it turn on itself.

Please assist me to fix it, much appreciated

Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear that you’re having an issue. It seems you already mentioned this in your post previously, but is this the option you have turned off in your Theme Options to disable the breadcrumbs?

If you go to Theme Options → Header → Miscellaneous, you should see at the very bottom the option for “Breadcrumbs,” which when turned off will disable your breadcrumbs on your website. I have just tested this locally to confirm everything is working appropriately and it is working for me as it should.

If you haven’t yet tried this option, make sure to go disable this and you should get your desired result.

I already tried turn off Theme Options → Header → Miscellaneous, but its not work, once turn off, its automatically turn on itself, after refresh and check again

Would you mind double checking if you have both X and Cornerstone updated to the latest version?

yes im running all latest version: but i still i cannot turn off breadcrumbs. please check on page http://xsurve.com/index.php/cctv/

Hi There,

I can confirm the issue is happening as you have explained. Upon further investigating, I see that you are running PHP v5.4.45 which could be a possible conflict.

Could you please try updating your PHP version to at least v5.6.x or later and test your issue again. You can contact your hosting provider directly or some hosts allows to switch PHP versions through their hosting control panel.

I updated php 5.4 to 7.1 latest, but still no luck also cleared browser cache.

same problem, once turn off breadcrumbs its turn on automatically

Hi,

I tried on my test site but I can’t replicate this issue on my end.

Can you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
