I had a previous licence installed (4.1) of X, but some while ago I transfered that to another site.
Now I need to go back to the site and bought a second license for it, but I cannot update to version 7.1…
When I try to register (in validation menu) it goes to a 404 page and it does not allow me to install the new version.
How can I solve the issue?

Thanks for writing in! Version 4.1 is a version that uses API key. It has been deprecated and has been replaced with the License code. I would recommend that you update your theme manually. You may check out “Manual Updates” section in this documentation article:
