Bottom section border customization

Hello,

Im using the bottom border feature and I have the curve out selected but I am trying to mimic this wave type border for the section

how can i implement this instead of the plain curve border?

additionally, there are background elements that I would like to implement like in that same graphic but i am unable to implement a large graphic that spans the background of several sections like depicted. Is this possible?

I was able to create this effect with an SVG element and placed in in a text element within a section with no container
