My bottom region header takes up space below the footer, such that when you scroll past the footer, the header rests under it.
What are the steps such that the header rests at the same base as the page footer?

Thanks for writing to us.
You need to go to the Cornerstone header and follow these steps.
- Open the Header in the Cornerstone Header Builder.
- Select the bottom region of the header.
- Check whether it has fixed, sticky, or absolute positioning enabled.
- Disable that positioning so the header scrolls with the page normally.
- Save and preview the page again to confirm the header now ends before the footer.
