Border Radius for Background Colors

For a section, I can add a background image and give it a border radius.

However, if I set that to be a color, the background border radius only work on the Background Upper Layer (not the Lower Layer). It also doesn’t apply the radius to the actual border itself but to just the background color.

Is it suppose to give a border radius to the background AND border (if there is a border) or just to the background?

How are you adding the border radius?

Can you provide us your site url so we can take a closer look.

You can try adding an inline css to your section.
