Bookme Scheduling Plugin

Has anyone else successfully used the Bookme plugin? I’ve got it installed and setup, but cannot get it on my site. I’m using X Theme Pro. The documentation for Bookme says that all you have to do is edit the page and click the “add bookme form” button to add it to a page. But I don’t see any such button, or shortcode or any way to actually get the plugin into a page. I’ve looked both in the Pro editor and in the standard Wordpress editor. I hope I didn’t just waste $40.

Any help is appreciated.

Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
