Bookmark link from button

I am trying to put a button on a page that has a bookmark link to a specific spot on another page. In the href field for the classic button I am using the link /services/#litigation/. On the Services page I have applied the following to the Litigation Services title - <h5 style="padding-top: .5em;" id="litigation">Litigation Services</h5>. I cannot get the linked button to go to this bookmark. I have been looking for options for the majority of the day. Please advise. Thank you.

Thanks for writing in! Your button link should any of the following:

• http://67.222.53.129/services#litigation
• http://67.222.53.129/services/#litigation

At the moment, it does not make any difference if you use the above link or simply the http://67.222.53.129/services link all because your page has very little content. The anchor links will give you a big difference if you have separated the Services into sections with enough spaces to occupy the browser height. We highly recommend that you separate each of the services into sections. Use the IDs like the litigation as the ID of the section.
