Bold text showing as different color

When I bold some text, the text changes colors but doesn’t look like it actually bolds. I’m actually okay with this, but I don’t like how it’s a different orange hue than what I’ve set throughout the site. I checked in the different sections, but I can’t figure out why bolded text is showing up as this different hue.

It seems that some CSS rule is overriding the code for texts that are bold. Can you please share website URL, I can let you know the code that’s affecting this change and a fix for the same?

Hi there,

I have tried loading your site but it only loads endlessly and seems to be down at the moment.

For the meantime, there might be a custom CSS that is setting the text color of the bold text.

If you can, try using Chrome DevTools to check for the CSS using the code inspector.

Yes, this weirding loading thing has been an issue for several other support staff, and unfortunately, since this company has an agency that takes care of hosting/firewall/etc, I only have control over the design and haven’t been able to get the agency to resolve the problem yet.

I haven’t been able to figure out the issue even looking through the CSS, but I’m a newbie.

Would another staff member be able to look at this? I’m sorry this is such a pain, but I haven’t been able to get the agency to fix the loading problem yet, and this color element is the last design thing I need to fix before the website is complete.
