Bogue en version mobile

Bonjour,
J’utilise la version THEMECO X, Builder conerstone et actuellement le site en version mobile lague. Lorsqu’on arrive sur la page, il faut cliquer plusieurs fois sur l’écran de notre cellulaire/tablette pour que nous puissions descendre la navigation. Aussi, si nous prenons quelques minutes à lire, il rebloque de nouveau. J’ai vider la cache, vérifié avec l’hébergeur, installer une extension SSL et rien ne fonctionne. Pouvez-vous m’aider svp ?
