I would suggest you Go to the Theme Options —>Typography—>Body & Content.

But it still doen`t work.

Thank you for your help!

Hello @Antigone84,

I tried to access your site dashboard but it seems that your site is down at the moment, please recheck and let us when your site dashboard is accessible.

Thanks

Please try again, it works for me.

Thank you

Hi @Antigone84,

I have checked the page and found that the inherit is set to the Text element font, to set the Body Copy you need to select it from the dropdown.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

Hi! Sorry, bu where do I change that??? The body copy is still in a font I never chose.

Hi @Antigone84,

The section mentioned in your screenshot is using the Text element and it inherit the parent font, you need to select the specific font to change the font for that section.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

I want to change all body copy at the whole site. So I go to cornerstone>Theme Options>Typography and check if there is “body Copy” setted. It is, look:

Then I go to Fonts and chenge there the Body Copy like this:

But still nowhere the body texts are in the specific font I chose. What now???

Hi @Antigone84,

If you have changed it from Theme Options > Body and Content it will affect the default contents. But when you are using elements such as Text, Headline or else you need to select the font separately.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

Sorry, but AGAIN: I did so, and it is still not chaging, there is some font that I never chose.

I change it to body copy, but this is not the font!!! the font that I need is not showing up, can please someone help me?!

Hi @Antigone84,

I have assigned the Custom font family to the text and found that the URLs are not fully replaced while implementing the SSL and that causes the Mixed Content issue [ HTTP and HTTPS ] blocking to load of the Font files and other resources.

I would suggest you replace the URL using the Velvet Blues Update URLs plugin, and check if that resolves your issue.

Thanks

OH MY GOD, now all sites are down and I don`t see anything!

All pages are empty now: What the hell did this plug in do?! Can you please fix this???

Hi @Antigone84,

The said plugin only updates the URL after you place that. It has been only suggested to replace the complete URL, and it does not do anything else. It seems that the URL has been replaced wrongly or it might be something else that overrides the page content only, posts are working fine and showing the output. I would suggest you restore the site from the backup if you have, or else you can ask your Hosting Service provider to restore the last working backup.

Please remember that you should not replace only the http to https, you need to replace the full URL like http://example.com/wp-content/ to https://example.com/wp-content/

Thanks

Well, I have to be honest and say that I am incredibly pissed off that I listened to your advice here. The site is still offline, I’m having trouble backing up, and I have my client breathing down my neck. I trust here when I contact support because the theme functions are not working properly that I will be helped, and now everything is even worse! This is the worst theme I’ve ever used, I’ve never had problems like this before!

Hi @Antigone84,

I am really sorry that you are facing such a problem, but unfortunately, we could not do anything as the URLs have been already replaced wrongly. Although the Cornerstone content is present in the pages it can’t be seen in the frontend as it has been modified. I could have suggested you take a backup before implementing it.

Please contact the Hosting Service provider to restore the backup, if you are having any trouble on that.

Sorry for the trouble.
