Blurry Images. Is it because the warning: Your theme (Pro – Child Theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files?

The auto-generated URL: https://www.edinventa.com/product-category/heromask-second-hand/ contains blurry images.

I’ve created a duplicated empty page and added the shortcode: [product_category category="heromask-segunda-mano"]. I got smaller but NOT blurred images: https://www.edinventa.com/es/segunda-mano/

I’d prefer to use the auto-generated URL if possible without blurry images. Is it possible?

There is a similar question from around 1 month ago: Woocommerce Warning with Pro Child

As it’s closed, I’m writing a new question. It has been closed with the answer:

The supported WooCommerce version is up to 4.2.2 only.

I’m observing a few things:

  • I don’t see any outdated template file in Pro - Child Theme. The outdated template seems to be in the Pro theme instead
  • It doesn’t seem to support till 4.2.2: I got the warning: version **3.0.0** is out of date.

Hello, @educainventions,

The WooCommerce files in our theme will be updated on the next cycle of our updates. The supported WooCommerce version is up to 4.3.2 only. You can check out on this document:

Let’s deal with the Category Image. 250px is small because your Theme Options > Site Max Width is 1200. You have 3 Column Product Display so 1200 divided by 3 is 400. You can deduct the column spacing further from that value though it would be quite technical.

If you’re technically inclined, you can inspect the exact size of the column in the desktop using the browsers element inspector. The image size would be around 360px.

I checked your 2nd page URL as well and I found that your have set the 4 column layout there because of that the image container width is less that is it looks small and images are not looking blurry.

I would recommend you to please upload a larger size image and then check it again

Thanks
