Blurred shadows and donate buttons

Hi, I’ve two problems…
I’m using the Paypal donate button and when I enter a shortcode, just the shortcode is displayed on other browsers.
Also, the pages aren’t displaying blurred shadows on the sections.

Thanks for reaching out.

Shortcode needs to render in order to show the output.
Please make sure that you have added the shortcode into the raw_content or text element to show that.
If does not works after that, please contact the plugin author for the support. Please remember that we dont offer support to the third party plugins.

Regarding the blurred shadow in the section, there is no CSS attribute set for the box-shadow.

To add that, please go to the Box Shadow options and add the required value and check.

There is no payment method is integrated with the theme.
You can add those using any available plugins.

Hey Matt,

You can make the button centre aligned from column settings.
Go to Column -> SETUP -> Align Horizontal.
Choose Center from here.

Just one other thing, on an android mobile, the (red donate) button doesn’t open a new page.

I loaded your site on my android phone and tested all the red buttons and they all open a new page. Is there a specific button not opening a new page? If so, please give a screenshot of it or tell us where we can find that button.

Actually its all buttons, I’m on a Samsung Note 9 with Chrome…

I also tested your site on my android phone and found it working properly.
As my colleague asked in the previous thread, can you please provide the screenshot from your phone to recognize the issue you are having.

It will help us to diagnose the error.
