Blur Effect when scrolled away

Hello, I was wondering if it’s possible to make a section blur, after you scroll away from it? For example it is clear when in view, then when you scroll down it blurs. Let me know, thank you.

Regretfully, there’s no current native option to do that. It can be done with customization. I highly suggest reaching out 3rd party developers for that functionality.
