Hi,
I’ve just made some changes on my theme and deleted all posts and pages without installing the child theme and can’t find Blog Tab, now I want to see everything in its original case, How can i do this
Hello Amr,
Thanks for asking.
If the requirement is to just import the demo content then the same can be done from X > Validations > Demo Content. If the blog menu is not there, then you can add the same back from Appearance > Menus.
Thanks.
I appreciate Your answer, but this wasn’t what I ask for.
My question is how to get the pre-set blog tab which was in the menu of integrity-1, can I create a page with “blog” name, add it to the menu and everything will be ok?, should I have multiple posts in the article to make it looks like the blog page in the demo?
Hello @Amr777,
To resolve your issue, please do this:
- Create a page entitled “Blog”.
- Go to Appearance > Menu and add the Blog page as a menu item
- Go to Settings > Reading > Front page displays and assign Blog page as your Posts Page.
We would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.
Thanks a lot, it worked!
but in the last step, there was a small different thing. After going to Settings > Reading, the posts page is in “your home page displays” tab.

Hello Amr,
Thanks for updating the thread.
Yes, by default WordPress will display latest post in the home page in a blog layout. Same can be changed from Settings > Reading > A static page (select below) > Posts Page .
Thanks.
