Blog summary page doesn't show post description

If I create a blog post and use cornerstone to create the page it does not show the post summary and “read more” link. If I create a post using the visual builder instead of CS it works fine. Is it possible to build using CS AND get the snippet and “read more” link? Thanks

The reason excerpts don’t show up for the posts created in Cornerstone is because those contents gets wrapped with Cornerstone page builder shortcodes. As a workaround you will have to insert manual excerpts for your posts. You can refer following article to add custom excerpt.
