Blog style with theme ethos

It is possible to have the blog style with posts with the excerpt and button read more with theme Ethos?
And no only like this attachment

Hi Lorenzo,

You can do this by doing some customization but you might want to check The Grid plugin which comes bundled with X and see the Sofia skin. It’s somehow close to the Ethos style but you could also check some of the skin available that you might want to use.
