I have my blog post to show no more than 3 per page and have the post pagination on an archive layout. Yet is only showing the same 3 blog posts.

Thanks for writing in! Please edit your blog layout and remove the Looper Provider. You only need a looper consumer since the blog index runs its own loop. The number of posts in the blog index can be controlled in Settings > Reading > Blog pages show at most setting.
If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
