I am having a problem where my blog posts don’t all load in X Theme Ethos - and the number that do load varies by each visit to the page. Works perfectly on desktop and shutting off plugins does not alleviate the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I checked your site it seems that there is a JS console error, it might be due to a JS customization issue or plugin conflict issue. It might be the reason behind your issue. I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.
