Blog posts not displaying properly

Hi there,
On my site, https://oneworldtrekking.com/journal/, I am having issues with how the blog posts are being displayed. When you first visit the site, the blog posts appear over one another and cut the bottom of the excerpt and Read More off, and sometimes also overlay on the next post. I have replicated this issue in multiple browsers.

Can you please help me take a look at this and figure out why this is happening? I have applied all available updates to the plugins, wordpress and Pro, but updating to PRO 4.04 broke a ton of pages so I am currently using 3.2.3

I have included access info in the secure note. Please take a look and let me know what you find. Thanks so much for the help!

Hey @powrider686,

I loaded your site on several browsers but I didn’t experience the issue you described. This means that the issue is only on your browser. Please make sure you clear your browsers cache and it that doesn’t work, deactivate all browser extensions if applicable. Also, try loading your site on other browsers. That will tell you if the issue is browser specific.

Thanks.

Hi Christian!

Thanks for the help on this. It is not browser specific as I was alerted to the problem by my client. They see the issue on both Edge and Chrome. I see the issue in Safari and Chrome, but not in firefox.

I am holding off on applying the updates to PRO until some of the new launch issues are addressed. I applied the update on this site but lots of content was missing so I reverted back to 3.2.3.

Thank you!

Hello @powrider686,

We would highly recommend that you create a staging site. This is very useful because we can test drive any X updates in the staging area, do the customizations and troubleshooting without disrupting your live site. Once everything is perfect, you can easily and flawlessly proceed with the update on the live site. To know how to create a staging area, please check out these articles:

Once you have set it up, please send us access to the staging site as well so we can investigate your issue.

Best Regards.
