Blog posts displaying no content

Hi there,

We’re in a bit of a pickle. Before recent updates all of our old blog posts were visible, but now they aren’t. All of the ones posted before the newest one, posted in 2021, were made with the “Classis Editor” plugin, while the newest one wasn’t.

Any ideas why this might be happening?

I have checked your site and found only 12 posts are available and all are shown on your Blog Page. Can you please elaborate on the issue bit more to understand what exact problem you are having with the posts?

Apologies, we weren’t clear enough.

If you click on " Why become a Certified Lactation Counselor and what is the CLSC (Certified Lactation Support Counselor) certification?", you will see the blog post appear (screenshot below)

but if you click on any other blog, for example “Closing the gap”, you will see an empty page (screenshot below).

We would like to figure out why all of the blog posts except the last one appear as if they have no content in them.

Thank you for providing the URLs. I checked both of your posts and the one that shows empty seems like to be created in Content Builder. Have you edited the post outside of Content Builder? Instead of the editor I’m seeing the code when I try to edit your post. This usually happens when you edit the post outside of Cornerstone/Content Builder.

Another reason could be a third party plugin conflict which might be breaking your site, please do the following troubleshooting first:

1. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
2. THEME UPDATE
3. CHILD THEME
4. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
5. DISABLING CACHE
6. DISABLING CDN
7. VERSION COMPATIBILITY
