How can I change the blog post Color and post title color to black ? Its a grey color now.

I am seeing this:
I can see that you are using a code from the WP Blog Manager plugin added in a raw content element. All the styling of the post item title and contents are coming from the plugin. I would recommend that you contact the creators of the plugin to know how you can change the text colors.

ok i can contact them but for sure this not a core setting in wordpress or the theme?

If you inspect your page, it will tell you this:
The styling of the certain block is coming from the plugin styles.
Since I am not familiar with the plugin, I could not tell you if there is a setting in the plugin to change the color. The creators of the plugin should be able to know or guide you on how to change the color.
