Blog Post Header with active links

How do change the headers on my blog posts? On my the home page the header will take to the section of the page. However, on the blog post, I need it to take you back those sections on the landing page. Here is an example. http://www.wiserpolicy.org/dont-call-it-magic/ If you click on Vision, etc, doesn’t take you to the homepage.

Hello @wiser308,

Thanks for writing in!

Please edit your menu and change the menu item urls from relative to absolute. So instead of having #wiser, you will have to input http://www.example.com/#wiser instead.

We would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.

Thank you!!!

One more question. How do I keep the dropdown portion of the header that has “donate” and “subscribe” on blog post pages. See http://www.wiserpolicy.org

Hi @wiser308,

I recommend changing the positioning of the header bar where those buttons are to relative instead of absolute. So it would stay there upon scrolling. And it’s currently in absolute position.

Thanks!
