Blog post excerpt length missing

Hi
In Pro theme options, I do not have the “full post content on index” button off. But I don’t see a spot to input how many characters my blog posts on the index page should show.

My blog post page looks like this. But I want 100 characters of the post to show below it.

How do I specify the blog post index page to show a certain # of characters?

It’s known bug and it’s already added to our issue tracker, our developer should able to check it. For the meantime, please check this thread https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/pro-excerpt-length-not-updating-after-changing-blog-customizer-settings/6586/2 and implement the temporary fix.
