Hi,

Is it possible to embed your blog posts like on this page: http://demo.theme.co/ethos-1/ on any page? You see i want a home page with info on it , different sections etc and then a news section that looks the same as this (image on left, date, title etc) but the blog element doesn’t give this look. I used to use an old theme previously that allowed you to embed a post catergory on a page with the exact look (image on left, post contents and info on right).

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully what you want to implement is not possible in X theme. You can embed the same blog index layout to your homepage. You can only make use of the recent post element in Cornerstone. This element does not have the same left/right image-text content layout though. You may need to look for other alternative like using a 3rd party plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/recent+post/

Thanks @RueNel , hopefully it may be built into X in the future. Ill take a look at those other plugins :slight_smile:
