Blog Post Content Going Over Nav Header Instead of Under It

Hi, I’ve just created a blog for a client and when you click on a post to view it, when you scroll down the page the contents goes over the top of the nav bar instead of under it! I have no idea why that’s happening as it hasn’t done it to any other blog I’ve done.

Here’s the blog post:

I’ve also added in CSS to change the h tags to the font ‘Oxygen’, yet it isn’t reflecting this on the front end. It still looks like the default font.

I’ll put the admin details in a secure note.

Thanks!

Hi @core365,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked and, found that you are still using a much older version of X i.e. 9.1.4 and Cornerstone version 6.1.4. I would suggest you update the X and the Cornerstone by following the steps below and check if that resolves your problem or not.

  1. Delete the existing Cornerstone.
  2. Update the X theme to the latest version on automatic updates.
  3. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be the latest version.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

Hi @tristup,

Ok! I’m unable to create a staging site at the minute - I prefer to do that and test out any updates first - so for the time being I just wondered if there was a work around. But that’s ok, I’ll wait til I’m able to do the staging site.

Thanks!

Hi @core365,

Yes, you may do it using the custom CSS code, but unfortunately, that is beyond the scope of Theme Support. I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you in doing the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.

Thanks
