I am using Ethos (Gym extended demo)

On the News page, I am happy with the silver at the top, and the first post below looks normal.
I would like the other posts to also look like the first, i.e. featured image on the left and text on the right. Currently they are set up to have the image over the whole thing with a ‘click me’ button on them.
Can you let me know where to alter the style, css, or page make up to change the style of the second and subsequent news posts.
