Hi there,

The page looks totally messed up, the image is starting right next to the header which is making the page look very untidy. Is there anything that can be done about this or is it working as inteded?

Secondly, the righthand panel is completely grey, with grey text on top of it also looks terrible. What is the best way to make this look better? As in not 3/4 of the page accross? How can I change the background colour of it?

Hi There,

Actually, the content container has a natural margin-top that separate it from the header. But the feature image has a negative margin-top applied on it, that offset the content container margin. Add the custom CSS below to adjust the featured image margin.

.single-post .x-main.left .hentry .entry-featured {
	margin-top: 0;
}

That gray Background Color can be change under Theme Options > Layout and Design. Or if you prefer to change the color of those hidden title text instead, please add the custom CSS below on Theme Options > CSS

	color: tomato;
	text-align: left;
}
