Blog page is blank/white

Hi guys,

not sure why but my blog page is white.
I cleared all the caches in the browser. Cleared the caches in the cache plugin too.
I changed the php file to be debug-true but it didnt do anything.

Can you log in and take a look please?

Thanks for trying. This problem happens every time I mail you guys. The URL works for me. Its the usual admin login to wordpress, the site name + wp-admin after it. Strange that you guys cant access the link every time.

the website is https://sunbeam.ie - can you just manually write wp-login or wp-admin, whatever youd usually use to try access a sites backend please?

Hi Brian,

We only informed you after trying all possible ways to access the Admin URL. There might be some plugin or IP restriction is blocking the access, I would suggest you check it again let us know once it is ready to access.

can you tell me what country you are trying to log in from? Then I can try and whitelist that country in my cpanel.

Hi Brian,

As we are from different parts of the World and most of us have a dynamic IP so we can’t provide a specific IP address for whitelisting too. Alternatively, I would suggest you remove the IP(s) restrictions or you can copy your live site to a staging server without IP restrictions, so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your site.
