Thank you for writing in, if you already have the blog page created, it should be available for you to add on your menu under Appearance > Menus. Please follow the following link for more details.

Hi Friech,
Thanks for getting back to me. That’s the problem I have though - how do I create the blog page please? I think I just create a blank page but do I need a special title or just blog? I’ve updated the blog settings but I’m not sure if I should include anything special when I actually create the page. Perhaps you have an instructions info for this as I couldn’t find it? I hope that all make sense.

Thanks for writing to us.

You need to go to the WordPress —>Settings —>Reading —>Select the page from the dropdown and set it as a Post page. Please have a look at the given screenshot below.
