Blog page getting cut off by sidebar

[fatcatgraphics]

Hey!

My sidebar is cutting off my blog posts. If you go here: http://2e6.274.myftpupload.com/blog/

The right side of the blog posts is cut off slightly by the sidebar. I tried adjusting page width in the customizer site layout section but its not working.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Rena

Hey Rena,

Thanks for writing in! You are experiencing this issue because you have added this custom css:

.x-sidebar {
	width: 20%!important;
}

If you want to set the width of your sidebar, you must also set the width of the content area. Please have your code updated and use this instead:

@media (min-width: 1200px){
  .x-sidebar {
    width: 20% !important;
  }

  body.x-content-sidebar-active,
  body[class*="page-template-template-blank"].x-content-sidebar-active.x-blank-template-sidebar-active {
    padding-right: 20%;
  }
}

Actually this custom css is not necessary. Please be advised that you can set the sidebar with in the theme options, X > Launch > Options > Layout & Design > Sidebar Width.

Hope this helps.
