Blog page as demo page

I have an X theme, and I would like to customize the blog page like this http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/blog/
Where can I set this layout? I havent found it.
How to use the demo pages?

Under X > Theme Options > Blog > Style select Masonry. Here’s a screencast that you can take a look.
