I have a blog page at https://mlatc.org/news/
How can I change the page layout? I don’t see any page options like Blank - No Container etc.
For example, No container, header and footer, no sidebar etc.

Thanks for writing in! The blog index can not use page templates. If you want to change the layout, you will need to go to X > Launch > Options > Blog and change the layout, columns and other settings. Since you are using Integrity stack, you can also check out X > Launch > Options > Integrity > Blog Options and make some adjustments also.
