Blog excerpt - Change ellipsis (...) to "read more"

Hello!

Reaching out for some help here… I’d like to change the ellipsis (…) that shows up after the excerpts to a read more link. Been working through this seemingly simple thing, and can’t seem to get it to work :confused:
