Blog description - Cornerstone issue

Hi,
On the blogs page on my website, the tiles have description that is the code from CS, I am not sure how and why. Can you please take a look into this issue.

A few days ago, all the blogs had exaclty similar desription even if the content for every post is different description.

Please assist.

Please update X Theme and Cornerstone to latest version as I see that you are using X Theme version 5.2.5. I suggest you to please take a look at theme and update guide to proceed further:
