I want to let people know that there comment i send, and i need to approve it before it is shown.
How do i do that?
AND my other problem is when i want to comment on my iPhone, i try to login with facebook, and it is only showing: Connecting to facebook

That doesn’t look like a feature of our theme nor any of our extensions. That seems to be powered by Jetpack. To double-check, please deactivate all third-party plugins and check the comments interface.
If you found that it’s coming from a third-party plugin, please contact the plugin developer why that is happening.
