There is a JS error in the console. The error coming for Page scroll to id plugin’s conflict. Please contact the plugin author to fix their plugin issue or make it compatible to X/Pro theme. Please note that we don’t provide any third-party plugin support. It is out of support scope.

Please check the screenshots.

I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues:

1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
2. CSS/JS Customization
3. Disabling Cache
