The name of the author, categories, and other info are missing from our News section. I did click the meta but it only added the date. The website is TriCoHousing.com

It seems that you are using the Recent Post shortcode, which does not have the options you are expecting.

I am not talking about on the homepage. I am referring to the Blog page (Trico News). I am not using a shortcode on that page.

Please make sure you have enabled the post meta from the Theme Options —>Blog–>Post meta.
If it doesn’t work for you we need to check your settings I would request you, please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin-level username and password
