Blank Space Above Header Text in Block Editor for Footer Widgets

I have attached a screenshot of the different header spacing between the widgets in the block editor footer widget area. In the 3rd column, the Address/Phone displays about 1/2 inch lower than the other three widgets. The other widgets are standard widgets and the third one is one made using the Header tool. It is set to H4 but regardless, of which H it is, it displays lower than the other three.
Is there padding above the Header text pushing it lower or what causes this and how can I fix it?

Thanks in advance for any help. The Pro theme and X theme are my all time favorite themes and I use them for many websites. Keep up the great work and support!

I do not see a way to upload a screenshot. The site is located at https://www.towingclt.com/ and you can see that the third footer widget is displaying lower than the other three. That is what I am trying to fix.
