Blank screen after enter license validation

Hello, I get a blank / white screen after I past the license and hit enter in the x-settings page. It seems I cannot validate. I have checked the forum and red that I can solve the problem by manually updating the x-theme and cornerstone plugin in FTP but this does not help me. Stil get a blank screen after entering the license code and enter.

It seems your site is unable to connect to our validation server. Our validation server has no issues and not blocking anything, so it can be your site has security that blocks outgoing connection, or PHP cURL is not properly setup, or Wordpress CA-Certificate is not properly setup.

Else, please provide your site’s URL and both admin and FTP login credentials in the secure note for further checking.
