Blank pages in frontend

Hi there,

i noticed that I have several blank pages in the frontend. They were originally designed with the Pro builder, but are now not accessible with Pro. On the frontend they are blank.

Must have something to do with recent PRO updates i think

There might be some different reasons behind your reason, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please create a new thread and provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

I have logged in and it seems that the page has been edited outside of the Pro Editor.

Be advised that you cannot simply copy and paste these codes. You will have to edit the page in the Pro Editor. Doing it outside of the builder will corrupt the builder data and will no longer allow you to edit it back in the builder.

is there way to correct the problem or do i need the build the page again in the Pro builder?

Hello @johntheripper,

It is best that you rebuild the pages in the builder from scratch. Always keep in mind that you have to build or edit the page inside the builder. Do not switch between editors.
