On the below page I have a section with a video as a background.
When I leave the page, a black screen shows while the next page loads. Looks eerie.

Hi @asdfrew,
Thanks for reaching out.
I have visited the given URL, but even after a different type of testing the issue was not found. Page Reload and Next Page load all the test result was same and video loads perfectly fine.
Can you please provide a few more information like a screenshot marked with the issue or any videos which help us to diagnose the problem?
Thanks
Hi, it is difficult to take a screenshot, becuase it happens only for a fraction of a second. You see the black screen and on top of it you see the text from the caption which shows up in reverse color (which is why it looks errie). This happens while it is waiting to load the new page and the current page with the video background is disappearing.
Hi I captured it on video. I go back to the Spirituality page multiple times, and every time I switch pages, I see the black screen.

Hi @asdfrew,
There might be a few different reasons behind the issue, I would recommend troubleshooting a few common issues on this.
1.Plugin Conflict
2.Child Theme Related issue
3.CSS/JS Customization
4.Disabling Cache
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

In a secure note, I have provided the url, usrname and pswd
Hi @asdfrew,
I suggest that you disable all your caching plugins first because based on my perceptions this is just a cache issue.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
I deactivated WP Cache and Autotimize. Surprisingly, the website became a little faster. But the black screen still flashes on Chrome. Does not happen in Microsoft Edge.
Hi @asdfrew,
Have you cleared all the Cache before deactivating the plugins, if not please activate the plugin once again and clear the cache before you deactivate those again?
I would also suggest you check the same in Incognito or Private mode of browser. If that does not help, I suggest you consult with a local developer who can inspect and investigate the issue specifically at your machine.
Thanks
