Black bars on side of Slider Revolution Video

Hi,
I have created a new Slider Revolution using an .mp4 video for the background, and for some reason it is adding black bars on the left and right sides of the video.

I have tried to make the size of the slider 16:9 so it matches the video ratio, but that does not seem to be working. Can you please provide assistance on this?

Thank you!

Hi,
The screenshot you provided me is the screenshot of my home page, which is not the page I provided. The URL that the Slider Revolution is on is: https://www.newmoonstrategy.com/x-home-page-revised/

Can you please review this page? Thanks!

Howdy @kmacri13!

Thanks for writing in! I took a moment to review your page in question and downloaded the video on your site to my desktop to check it out locally. It appears that those black bars on the left and right sides are actually part of the video file:

To eliminate those black bars from the background video, you will need to edit the video down to crop them out from the source. I tried experimenting with some potential CSS to offset these edges, but Slider Revolution has too many layers of dynamic CSS generated via JavaScript that it’s not a straightforward solution, so the best (and most proper solution) would be editing down the video to remove those black bars from the source.

Hopefully this helps to point you int he right direction. Cheers!
