Hi There,

Upon checking your website I cannot notice any issues, can you let us know how to replicate the issue on your website?

Thank you

Hi Joao,

When I scroll any page, it apears a double scroll.

I’ve done a video with the problem. You can see it here:

Thanks

Hi There,

Thank you for the video and made a thorough check. The issue is because in visual composer, you are designed to have a fullwidth content - edge to edge on the browser. Then on page template, the page is using a template with container. Please use page template with NO CONTAINER. Page template container is set to have 88% width and 1040px site max width. This settings is on Theme Options > Layout and Design. The content you’re adding using visual composer is overflowing on the container set by the page template.

Hope this helps.

Hi Lely.

I understand that I just have to change each page theme to NO CONTAINER. I did this in the home page, but still apear the double scroll and all the VC content is now full width.

Hi there,

I checked your website and it seems the double scroll problem is not related to Visual Composer at all. It seems to be originated from the footer which you have built with Footer Builder. Kindly check that and see if you can find the culprit.

To test you can avoid adding the footer to the homepage and you will see that the double scroll will go away.

Thank you.

Hi!

Christopher, you’re right. It’s related with the footer. If I choose the page themplate “Container, Header, No footer”, it works fine. But there is no footer.

So, how can I keep all the page content, including footer?

Thanks

Hi there,

You actually need to go to Pro > Launch > Footer and duplicate the footer you have there and assign it to a page for testing.

Then from that cloned footer try to remove the elements one by one and test to find the element in the footer which is causing the problem.

Thank you.

Thanks a lot Cristopher,

This was the problem.

glad to hear it!
