Bg-integrity-1.png 404

I got my gtmetrix from a complete disaster to great, but it looks like I have a 404 for a png that’s slowing my speed a lot.The png is missing, I did delete it, but I just can’t figure out where this image would’ve been used on my website that’s making that 404 come up.
My gtmetrix:
A 96%
A 95%
Fully Loaded Time 3.1s
Total Page Size 633kb
Requests 21

Helli Mihai,

You can find that image in X > Theme Options > Layout and Design > Background Pattern:

Hope this helps.

Removed it from there, but it’s still showing up on the waterfall several times and slowing down my website.Any idea?.Also, is it normal to have such a waiting time on the url? With such scores on gtmetrix I would expect much better performance.
Sorry, I’m a noob, I’m learning, I don’t know much

@jade may I give you my credentials so you can check my website for a bit please? It looks like I have multiple problems (cornerstone acting weird, multiple unexplicable duplicate photos in media library etc.)
If you can help with those problems, would be amazing, if not, I guess I’ll just use the backup.

Hello Mihai,

Sure, please provide us with the admin access to your site in a Secure Note:

Looks like the integrity png issue got resolved after I cleared cache again (or maybe it just took some time for it to take effect on it’s own).
I still do experience some issues with the unexplicable library duplicates, ubermenu seems to be broken too as it keeps loading forever on the website (on mobile I couldn’t even open the menu). Some things on other pages got broken too, on the about page the card should flip when hovered over, on contact page some bars should be filled with red too. It’s my first time doing this, just started learning wordpress and everything. It is quite overwhelming to be learning so many things at once while also working as a riot police officer during this pandemic.Any bit of help from your side would be greatly appreciated.
I recently added cloudflare and some plugins to help with optimization, website speed/score was terrible, greatly improved now.I still think it should be loading faster by at least 1 second with the current gt metrics.
Any idea why the long “waiting time” on the url? I used HostGator for both the domain and hosting.

Hello Mihai,

It seems that you have a caching issues. You have installed WP Fastest Cache and Autoptimize plugin. You also have CloudFlare, after doing the updates and site changes, you will have clear the caches one after the other plugins and then you must login to your CloudFlare account and purge the site cache too. This is to make sure that all three caches will be in sync. We highly recommend that you temporarily deactivated the plugins and then activate it one after the other and clear the caches one after the other.

Since you are using CloudFlare. Right after your updates, please log in to your CloudFlare account and purge your site cache. You also need to regenerate the minified CSS and JS files in CloudFlare.

Hope this makes sense.

Hello! Did everything you advised me to.It did fix the long waiting time, performance greatly increased, but website still broken, cornerstone still won’t start, menu and some elements broken too.Any idea? Could it be because of deleted stuff in the media library?

Hello Mihai,

I have logged in again to your site. It seems that the issue is caused by the caching. The cache of Autoptimize plugin were in conflict with the WP Fastest Cache plugin. I have temporarily deactivate Autoptimize and the Edit in Cornerstone and the X > Theme Option is not now loading. I will leave the Autoptimize plugin deactivated so that you can test your site. Once you are done with editing or after making any site changes, you will have to clear the WP Fastest Cache plugin cache and then enable the Autoptimize plugin.

Kindly let us know how it goes.

Did so, problem still there, it only works when Autoptimize is deactivated.I think the problem appeared after I changed some settings in Autoptimize and Cloudflare for better site optimization.Maybe there is the conflict?

Hi Mihai

It might be the settings but that is something you need to do further testing. I suggest that you change the settings and test, repeat the process many times to find out the problem with the settings. You can start by disabling all the settings of Autoptimize and start enabling them one by one.

Although we would be more than happy to help you as much as we can, further assistance will be outside of our support scope as this is not related to our theme and it is related to the speed optimization techniques. We will be happy to help if there are any theme related issues.

Thank you for your understanding.

Alright, thank you all very much for your great assistance.Topic can be closed.
