Is it possible to adda BG behind the logo in an Original Header? Or do I need header builder to do that?

You can try adding this custom CSS under X > Theme Options > CSS:

.x-logobar {
    background: url(http://via.placeholder.com/350x150) no-repeat center center;
    background-size: cover;
}

That’s the CSS per page. Where is the global CSS?
