Beta 7: Assign headers and footers?

Hi, since the previous Beta versions, when I click “Headers” or “Footers,” I simply get a pop up modal showing the different ones available, but there is nowhere to assign certain headers of footers to specific pages. Is this because the Beta version is missing certain functionality? In the past, when I clicked on “Headers” it would take me to a page where on the far right side, I can select to assign for “Global” or specific pages. It doesn’t do that anymore. Now I don’t know how to assign certain headers and footers. Am I missing something? Thanks.
